The RT7 comes fully configured when ordered with a tablet unit. However, if you want to use an external tablet or purchase one separately, you will need to perform the initial setup beforehand.

The startup process for the autopilot, including the echo sounder, should always be done in a specific sequence to ensure that the boat is ready for operation as quickly as possible. If you only want to use the AiO without the autopilot and echo sounder, you simply need to turn on the AiO and the main switch of the boat, and the boat will be ready for use.

To connect the autopilot and echo sounder

  1. Ensure that all antennas are properly attached and that two batteries are connected to the boat.
  2. Turn on the boat via the main switch located in the front, and also turn on the echo sounder switch (if using the echo sounder) at rear.
  3. Turn on the All-in-One Controller, including the tablet.
  4. Ensure that the following functions on the tablet are turned on: Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
  5. Now open the app.

  1. Once the app is open, the autopilot will automatically connect without any waiting time or user command. This will be indicated by the multifunction button displaying 'Connected' in green text.

  1. To connect with the echo sounder, you need to click on 'Connect Sonar' in the lower-left window. This will establish a connection between the AiO and the echo sounder.

Attention!

The echo sounder and the All-in-One Controller (repeater for the echo sounder) require approximately one minute to establish a connection after powering on. If you attempt to connect before this time, it will not work, and the app will start a one-minute countdown before automatically connecting to the echo sounder.

Now the boat is fully operational.
