Once you open the echosounder functions, the first option available is the "Start and Stop" function of the echosounder view This is useful for scrolling through the echosounder history as well as for the Trackback function.

Once you press the "Pause" button, the echosounder image stops scrolling on the display. However it continues running in the background, it is only the display on the screen that is paused.

At this point, the "Pause" button transforms into a "Play" button and a navigation bar appears at the top centre of the screen. This navigation bar indicates the current position within the echosounder history and allows a quick navigation within the history.

Here you can simply swipe with your finger to navigate forward and backward within the echosounder history.

To resume the scrolling, you can press the "Play" button and it will instantly take the display back to directly beneath the boat on the right hand side of the screen.
